Thank you for taking the time to visit today. My Name is Mark McGrogan, and I have been working as a full-time school photographer in Northern Ireland for almost 10 years. I work with children of all ages from pre-school, primary and secondary schools across the province.

Mark is a fantastic photographer. He has captured our children's school photos for 3 years now, and they have always been of an exceptional quality. This year, Mark was incredibly accommodating and captured my eldest child's first high school picture, as he missed it at his new school. Mark also got shots of all 3 children, despite all of them attending different settings. He worked so well with an uncooperative toddler, and the pictures are a work of art. We will cherish these pictures forever, and are so grateful.

Excellent school photographer. Very prompt at responding and resolving. I had an issue down to my own forgetfulness and Mark resolved this straight away. Photos are all well priced along with excellent quality and the transaction is very quick. Website is easy to use and he is easy to get in contact with. I’m glad to see that my son’s school has used this photographer for at least the last 3 years, and I am therefore able to access all previous and current photos in one place. This is particularly great as a backup save as well. Highly recommend this business!

Hey Mark, what about those pesky teens!

I genuinely love working in Secondary Schools. The older kids, while they can be more self-conscious than the younger ones, often produce lovely, mature images. I tend to keep things simple with a mid-grey backdrop, and with my setup, I can fly through a high volume of students in no time. Of course, as with any setup, background colours can be personalised to suit the uniform, should you wish to have that personal touch.

Communication is Everything

My job is to take the stress out of school photography. I can appreciate that it is way down the list of priorities in daily school life, but I also know that for many parents, that Nursery, P1 or P7 , First or Fifth Year image of their wee one can also mean the world to them, so I am happy to work with schools regarding background colours that compliment their school uniforms so that their photos are as unique as their children in them.
